CCC Motorsports & Performance Machine - Legal Disclaimer
CCC Motorsports & Performance Machine operates as a licensed Automotive Repair Dealer in the State of California and complies with all requirements established under the California Business and Professions Code and the California Code of Regulations governing automotive repair. All repairs, inspections, tear‑downs, and diagnostic procedures require customer authorization as defined by BAR regulations, and all estimates, work orders, and invoices will be provided in accordance with Sections 9884.8, 9884.9, and CCR Sections 3352–3356. Any tear‑down or disassembly needed to determine the scope of repairs will be disclosed and authorized prior to work being performed. All performance modifications, including but not limited to engine upgrades, tuning, intake systems, exhaust components, and forced‑induction systems, may affect emissions compliance. CCC Motorsports & Performance Machine does not install, modify, or recommend any part or calibration that violates California Air Resources Board (CARB) emissions standards. Components requiring a CARB Executive Order (EO) number must present valid documentation before installation. Vehicles modified with non‑CARB‑approved parts may be unlawful for on‑road use and are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.CCC Motorsports & Performance Machine provides no verbal warranties; all warranties, if offered, must comply with CCR Section 3376 and will be documented in writing on the final invoice. By authorizing service, the customer acknowledges these terms and accepts responsibility for any non‑compliant modifications requested.
